Our Expectations

1.  Respect for our machines

• Please remove all items from pockets before washing. Luxe Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by items left inside clothing (pens, markers, gum, Chapstick).

• Do not overload or over-soap machines

• Please do not leave trash behind

• The following items are not permitted in our machines:

  • Undisclosed heavily soiled items, a large amount of pet hair​

2. Pet bedding 

• Pet bedding is welcome in our self-service machines. 

• For light Pet hair, our attendants can provide a lint roller upon request. 

• For heavily shedding items, please shake them out thoroughly at home or use our wash-dry-fold service, which is better suited for high-shedding items.

• Equine laundry is strictly prohibited 

3. Attendant Assistance 

• Attendants are available to help with questions, but they are not responsible for unattended or self-service loads.

• Finished laundry may be left in the machine for up to 15 minutes. After that, the attendant will remove it. 

4. Damage Disclaimer

• Luxe Laundry is not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or loose buttons, zippers, or straps. 

5. Enjoy our space

• Relax while you wait — take advantage of our free high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating as our state-of-the-art machines handle your laundry.
